Adventure Mode
Free Combustia from the tyranny of the monarchy! The king has decreed that, due to the dangers of explosives, gunpowder will be henceforth illegal. However, The Knights of the Exploding Table won't take this edict sitting down! Embark as Knight Bomber, Dusk Bomber, Day Bomber, and Dawn Bomber to reclaim the kingdom's gunpowder mines and prove to the king that explosives are a human right!
Explore the Lands of Combustia
Whether it's strange creatures, secret areas, or hidden treasures, there's almost always more to find in the vast lands of Combustia. When starting your save file you'll have the option to set the difficulty to Hard mode for an extra challenge. Hard mode breaks damaged shields, hides key locations, and adds various other troubles.
Navigate Obstacles Using Bombs
Players can use bombs to destroy road blocks, press switches, activate teleporters, or create bridges to bounce across. Don't forget to power up your bombs with the Mighty Bomb Token, the Command Bombs Lever, and plenty of gunpowder bags! Pick up enough bomb bags and you'll be placing, kicking, and throwing dozens of bombs!
Fight Fire with Fire
Some of Combustia's inhabitants love to blow up their foes as much as the Knights of the Exploding Table do. Show them how real knights detonate their enemies! Don't forget to empower your bombs before throwing them to double the blast radius!
Prove your Grit against Powerful Bosses
The King's finest warriors protect the gunpowder mines. They'll be waiting to stop the Knights of the Exploding Table from reclaiming the mines. These boss battles are intense enough on Normal mode, but if you're a real knight, you'll earn some extra gems by facing them in Hard mode!
